Gwen's unique and detailed figurative paintings encompass a diverse range of subjects reflecting a constant desire to move her work forward.

Her paintings have moved on from birds and plants in traditional landscapes to paintings of people in various situations veering towards the surreal and dreamlike. Here the theme of enclosed or wild gardens predominates alongside landscapes brimming with ambiguity and the unexpected.

Many of these paintings are for sale. Though generally sold unframed some more recently have painted frames.
